Welche Daten wir erheben
Wenn du dich auf die Warteliste einträgst, speichern wir folgende Daten: Vorname, Nachname, E-Mail-Adresse, Name der Institution, Institutionstyp sowie optionale Angaben zu deinen Suchpraferenzen.
Zweck der Verarbeitung
Deine Daten verwenden wir ausschließlich, um dich über den Projektfortschritt und den Start von ARC zu informieren sowie dir frühzeitigen Zugang zu gewähren.
Rechtsgrundlage
Die Verarbeitung erfolgt auf Grundlage deiner ausdrücklichen Einwilligung gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO. Du kannst deine Einwilligung jederzeit widerrufen, indem du eine E-Mail an info@arcvesta.com sendest.
Weitergabe von Daten
Deine Daten werden nicht an Dritte verkauft. Zur technischen Bereitstellung nutzen wir Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Die Formulardaten werden auf Servern in der EU verarbeitet und gespeichert.
Deine Rechte
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Loschung und Einschränkung der Verarbeitung deiner Daten. Wende dich dafür an info@arcvesta.com.
Speicherdauer
Wir speichern deine Daten bis du den Widerruf erklaerst oder das Projekt eingestellt wird, maximal jedoch 3 Jahre nach Eintragung.

When you join the waitlist, we collect the following data: first name, last name, email address, institution name, institution type, and optional information about your investment preferences.
Purpose of processing
We use your data solely to inform you about the progress of ARC and to grant you early access once your spot is ready.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@arcvesta.com.
Data sharing
Your data will not be sold to third parties. For technical infrastructure we use Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Form data is processed and stored on EU-based servers.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your personal data. Contact us at info@arcvesta.com.
Retention
We retain your data until you withdraw consent or the project is discontinued, for a maximum of 3 years from the date of registration.
